Following its own principles of honesty, clarity and transparency in the management of the collected funds and the projects realized, Project for People has chosen to certify its own budget since 2002.

In 2007 the funds raised for projects were used as follows:
90% for the projects in India – 10% for the projects in Bosnia and Brazil.
